Full bottles - Originals & Library
Return window: 10 days from purchase or delivery.
Unopened bottles.Full refund to your original payment method.
Tested or partially used bottles.We refund the value of what's left in the bottle. A few sprays used? You'll receive effectively a full refund. Half a bottle used? Roughly half. We measure on receipt and refund accordingly.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items.Full refund, no questions. We cover all shipping costs.

Subscription samples
Subscription samples (10ml decants) aren't returnable on a per-shipment basis. If you don't like a fragrance in your queue, swap it for a different one before it ships - you can do this anytime from your account. If you want to stop your subscription entirely, cancel from your account and you'll receive any remaining shipments in your current paid period.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@brevan.uz or call our call center: +998 55 517 22 44. Tell us your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions, or you can drop the item off at either of our boutiques.
